Booking

Please telephone or email your preferred dates to me before returning the booking form so that I can check availability and advise total cost and deposit required to confirm the reservation. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Our letting dates are totally flexible although we do not normally accept advance bookings for a single night’s stay. But please ring near the time if only one night is required as it may be possible to accommodate you.

Cheques should be made out to Mrs G. Kotschy and sent to Chalk Farmhouse, High Street, Babraham, Cambridge CB22 3AG.

We do not take credit cards but payment can be made through PayPal - there is a small additional charge for this.
Let me know if you want to make payment this way and I will arrange for a PayPal invoice to be sent to you.

Balance due 4 weeks before the start of your stay.

(Please note full payment required if your stay is due to start within 4 weeks of booking.)

The reservation is not confirmed until I have received your deposit. On receipt of the deposit I will write or email confirming your reservation and detailing when the final payment of the balance needs to be made.

If your plans change and you are not able to stay at the Granary I will refund the deposit or total paid if it is possible to re-let the Granary for the same period. Unfortunately there can be no refund if it is not possible to re-let the Granary.
