If you are looking for a holiday cottage in Cambridge or planning a short break in Cambridge, The Granary could be just what you want. It is a 17th century piggery converted to provide a comfortable home-from-home for the tourist or business visitor, offering complete privacy and much more space than most hotel bedrooms at a very affordable £60 per night – a bargain for accommodation in Cambridge! And wi-fi access is included in the price.
Unusually for self-catering accommodation in Cambridge The Granary can be let on a per night or weekly basis for those planning to visit Cambridge for a short stay, either on holiday or business. And it can be ideal for those relocating to Cambridge who prefer self-catering accommodation. |

The Granary is designed for two, but will accommodate four with the sofa bed – but please note that the Granary is studio accommodation (one large room) and there is no separate bedroom. It stands in the grounds of Chalk Farmhouse, a Grade II listed building said to be the oldest property in the quiet, pretty village of Babraham. The Granary is a comfortable, peaceful haven yet only 15 minutes from Cambridge (except in the rush hour), 25 minutes from Stansted Airport and about 65 miles from London.
The George, a 16th century inn next door, serves lunch and dinner every day, and there are many more pubs and restaurants in the locality. Self-catering holidays are often limited by fixed weekly rentals but arrival and departure dates for the Granary are totally flexible. |
